Payment for your holiday
We accept payments via our online booking system. BACS payments on request.
Bookings of 3 nights or less require payment in full. Bookings of 4 nights or more require a deposit of 50% of the total amount with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made 6 weeks or less prior to the arrival date will also require payment in full. Once payment is received your pitch is secured.
N.B. a supplement is charged for one night stays 16th July – 4th September 2021.
Cancelled bookings
If a booking is cancelled the deposit will be withheld unless in exceptional circumstances. Cancellation of your booking for any reason must be notified to us in writing within seven days of the event. Any refund made will be less administration costs of £20.00. Please note our charge for your pitch/pitches is based on the number of persons at the time of booking and refunds cannot be given for a change of numbers or if any of your party leave early.
N.B. We recommend you take out your own travel/holiday insurance.
Arrival and departure times
All pitches available from 12 midday on arrival. All pitches must be vacated by 11am on departure.
Late arrivals
If you expect to arrive after 8pm please let us know by calling 01637 860277. Unless previously notified we regret that we can only hold your pitch until 12 midday on the day after your holiday was due to start. In the event of a “no show” we will treat your booking as cancelled. N.B. Reception closes at 8pm.
Number in your party
It is a condition of your booking that the total in your party does not exceed the confirmed numbers.
Bookings by young persons and groups
We are couples and families orientated and are not able to take bookings from persons under 21yrs. Group bookings can sometimes be made subject to management discretion and restrictions will apply.
Children
We want your children to be happy and most importantly safe so insist that all under 16yrs of age must be supervised at all times by an adult with parental responsibility.
Dogs
Dogs are never allowed to be left unattended at any time and cannot be left on your pitch alone. All fouling must be cleaned up. There is a maximum of two per pitch. Dogs must also be on a lead.
Barbeques
This is allowed but we ask that common sense applies and they are fully extinguished after use.
Unreasonable behaviour or nuisance
We have always maintained a friendly family site and would like to think that noise is kept to a reasonable level with consideration given to others at all times. If this does not occur, regretfully we may ask you to leave. Music is not permitted on site after 10.30pm.
Penvose Farm Holidays will not be liable to any persons staying at the site for any personal injury (fatal or non fatal). Nor shall they be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any property including motor vehicles, personal effects or luggage, howsoever caused or sustained.
