It is a condition of your booking that the total in your party does not exceed the confirmed numbers.
No sub-letting is aloud & must not be stayed in permanently.
Bookings by young persons and groups
We are couples and families orientated and are not able to take bookings from persons under 21yrs. Group bookings can sometimes be made subject to management discretion and restrictions will apply.
We want your children to be happy and most importantly safe so insist that all under 16yrs of age must be supervised at all times by an adult with parental responsibility.
Dogs are never allowed to be left unattended at any time and cannot be left on your pitch alone. All fouling must be cleaned up & disposed of in dog waste bins. There is a maximum of two per pitch. Dogs must also be on a lead.
This is allowed but we ask that they are off the ground, common sense applies and they are fully extinguished after use.
Unreasonable behaviour or nuisance
We have always maintained a friendly family site and would like to think that noise is kept to a reasonable level with consideration given to others at all times. If this does not occur, regretfully we may ask you to leave. Music is not permitted on site after 10:30pm.
