This is a brand new conversion of what was many years ago the dairy and grain store. It is one large barn which we have divided into two letting units and so adjoin one another. They are close to the main Farmhouse and the yard area which has ample parking for cars. We are also close to Watergate Bay Beach (1 ½ Miles), Mawgan Porth Beach (2 Miles) and St Mawgan Village (1 Mile).
Please note that both Mowhay and Swallows barns are pet friendly and no smoking is allowed inside either property.
While staying in our barns you will have access to all our site’s facilities, free unlimited use of our three well stocked mature coarse fishing lakes (a valid fishing license required), children’s play area (up to 12yrs of age) and the benefit of ample outdoor space in which to play various sports, cycle or simply just to enjoy.

This is a three bedroom barn offering an en-suite master bedroom with king size-bed, a tin/super-king bedroom and a triple sleeper bedroom.
This barn has an upside down arrangement so the living area is upstairs making the most of the views and giving it plenty of natural light. Outside you have your own private barbeque area with large wooden picnic table and leading off this is a storage room for surfboards, bikes, fishing gear etc.
You enter the kitchen/diner into a beautiful room with spacious living area, exposed open beams and a stunning log burner. The solid oak furniture and a large corner sofa makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The new modern well fitted kitchen with granite worktops has all the necessities including a washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge area also has a large flat screen TV.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms and a modern family bathroom with full sized bath and electric power shower above, the washbasin is in a fitted unit with good storage, mirror and lighting and there is also a toilet.

Master bedroom – solid oak furniture, a king size bed with bedside cabinets, a double wardrobe, a tall slim chest of drawers and a wall mounted TV. The en-suite has a large electric power shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a door which leads out onto it’s own terrace so on a summer’s day you can step out to the table and chairs to enjoy some breakfast or maybe a glass of wine.
Bedroom 2 – this has the diversity of either being a twin with three foot single beds or put together as a super king-size bed, it also has a solid oak wardrobe and bedside cabinet. There is a door from this bedroom which leads outside to the barn’s own private barbeque area.
Bedroom 3 – this has a metal triple sleeper bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a three foot single on the top. It also has a solid oak double wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

This barn has a traditional arrangement with the living area downstairs and outside you have your own private barbeque area with wooden picnic table.
You enter into an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with beautiful slate floor and stunning log burner. The solid oak dining furniture and comfortable sofa make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. It has a new modern well fitted kitchen with granite worktops and all necessities including a slimline dishwasher.

Upstairs there is a beautiful king-size bedroom with exposed open beams. It has a solid oak bed, dressing table, bedside cabinets and console table with a fitted double wardrobe. The bathroom has a large electric power shower with fitted washbasin and toilet.
There are two wall mounted TVs, one in the lounge area and one in the bedroom.

Situated just 4 miles up the beautiful Cornish coastline from Newquay, this lovingly built barn serves up a fabulous blend of both coast and countryside amenities for all to get stuck into. Be sure not to forget your walking boots with easy access to the beautifully scenic South West coast path, where you will find many rugged coves and historic fishing villages to explore. You can hop on this path in Newquay, which provides glorious golden sandy beaches, many local shops, cafés and restaurants serving up all sorts of local delicacies. Other popular attractions include Newquay Zoo (4 miles), Pirates Quest crazy golf (4.5 miles), the Eden Project (16 miles) and many National Trust properties which are certainly worth adding to your holiday agenda.

Upon entering this beautifully built home you will soon notice the light and spacious interior it has on offer. The home features an upside-down layout, with underfloor heating downstairs and beautiful exposed beams and open-plan living throughout the upper floor. Making your way up to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner you have everything you need for a truly fabulous stay, the lounge provides a comfortable corner sofa and cuddle chair to relax in front of the warming wood burner on those chillier nights, alongside enjoying your favourite films on the Smart TV. The kitchen also provides everything you will need for a stress-free stay, whilst the dining table provides ample space for guests to wine, dine and share all the memories of the holiday. Making your way back downstairs guests have the pick of three bedrooms all offering something different. The master bedroom provides a king-size bed with an accompanying en suite shower room, the second bedroom provides a super-king bed which can be split into two singles upon request, and finally, the third bedroom possesses a double base bunk bed. Completing this stunning interior is the family bathroom, offering a shower over bath and WC.

Stepping outside the home guests have exclusive access to their own enclosed garden and multi-level patio spaces. There is comfortable outdoor seating and a BBQ provided allowing guests to unwind with friends and family on those stary nights, or even enjoy a spot of al fresco dining.
