History

The Bennett family have farmed Penvose since the 1960’s, starting with a small milking herd. Grampy John then expanded into sheep and beef farming in the 1980’s. Since then John’s two sons, Paul and Johnny, have continued to farm Penvose in the same way.

The two brothers both married Anns(!) and had three children each. More recently the third generation of the farm have become involved in daily farm duties and activities, keeping Bennett tradition alive on the farm today.

As a family, we always look forward to welcoming friends and new faces to the farm and enjoy seeing families enjoy the spacious camping fields and wildlife, as we all have over the last 60 years.
