STATIC CARAVANS – Information, Terms and Conditions

Payment for your holiday

We accept payments via our online booking system on our website. BACS payments on request.

Bookings of 3 nights require payment in full. Bookings of 4 nights or more require a deposit of 33% of the total amount with the balance due 9 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made 9 weeks or less prior to the arrival date will also require payment in full. Once payment is received your accommodation is secured.

N.B. there is a minimum charge of three nights.

Cancelled bookings

If a booking is cancelled the deposit will be withheld unless in exceptional circumstances. Cancellation of your booking for any reason must be notified to us in writing within seven days of the event. If we are able to re-let the accommodation we will refund any monies possible to you less administration costs of £20.00. NB We recommend you take out your own travel/holiday insurance.

Arrival and departure times

All caravans are available from 5pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on departure.

Late arrivals

If you expect to arrive after 6pm please let us know by calling 01637 860277. Unless previously notified we regret that we can only hold your accommodation until 12 midday on the day after your holiday was due to start. In the event of a “no show” we will treat your booking as cancelled. N.B. Reception closes at 8pm.

Number in your party

It is a condition of your booking that the total in your party does not exceed the capacity of the caravan.

No Smoking

No use of tobacco products, including cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and electronic cigarettes, is permitted within all static caravans.

Bookings by young persons and groups

We are couples and families orientated and are not able to take bookings from persons under 21yrs. Group bookings can sometimes be made subject to management discretion and restrictions will apply.

Children

We want your children to be happy and most importantly safe so insist that all under 16yrs of age must be supervised at all times by an adult with parental responsibility.

Dogs

Dogs are never allowed to be left unattended at any time and cannot be left in our caravans alone. They are also not permitted on the seating or beds for hygiene purposes and must have their own bed with bedding/blanket supplied by yourself. All fouling must be cleaned up and disposed of in dog poo bins. Some of our caravans are pet free so if you wish to bring a dog please check at the time of booking that your caravan is suitable for you to bring a pet. There is a maximum of two per unit and no large breeds or puppies are accepted. Dogs must also be on a lead.

Barbeques

This is allowed but not permitted on the caravan decking areas. We ask that common sense applies and they are fully extinguished after use.

Unreasonable behaviour or nuisance

We have always maintained a friendly family site and would like to think that noise is kept to a reasonable level with consideration given to others at all times. If this does not occur, regretfully we may ask you to leave. Music is not permitted on site after 10.30pm

Penvose Farm Holidays will not be liable to any persons staying at the site for any personal injury (fatal or non fatal). Nor shall they be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any property including motor vehicles, personal effects or luggage, howsoever caused or sustained.
